On October 29, 2008 JSCIB “UkrSibbank”, an underwriter of bonds issue of CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” informed that the Issuer has repaid the interest income for the 2nd interest period on all its A series bonds in full and in due terms, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.

Interest payment for the 2nd interest period made up 12.75% p.a. in UAH or UAH 31.79 per bond.

Total volume of issue: UAH 150 000 000.00;

Nominal value per bond: UAH 1 000;

Maturity: upon registration of the report on results of bonds placement by the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market and till April 22, 2011;

Interest income: UAH 12.75% p.a.;

Interest income payment: every 91 days;

Terms of premature redemption: stipulated after 6th interest period;

Underwriter of the issue: JSCIB “UkrSibbank”;

Payment agent: JSCIB “UkrSibbank”;

Depositary: OJSC “MFS”.

JSCIB “UkrSibbank” maintains the liquidity of the secondary market of the Issuer’s corporate bonds by displaying daily quotations at PFTS and Reuters.
