OREANDA-NEWS  On 31 October was announced, that CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” paid out, in full and in due terms, interest income for the 2nd interest period on its series A bonds. The interest payment for the 2nd period amounted to 12.75% per annum in hryvnias, or 31,79 UAH per bond.

Basic parameters of bond issue:

Total volume of emission: 150 000 000.00 UAH;

Par value per bond: 1 000 UAH;

Circulation term: After registering by the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market of the report on the results of bond offering and until 22 April 2011;

Interest income: 12,75% per annum in hryvnia;

Payment of interest income: every 91 days;

Conditions of premature sale: after the 6th interest period;

Underwriter of issue: JSCIB “UkrSibbank”;

Paying agent: JSCIB “UkrSibbank”;

Depositary: OJSC “MFS”.
