Uzbekinvest Cooperates with Tashkent Financial Institution
OREANDA-NEWS. October 30, 2008. With a view of performance of nation-wide strategic problems on material stimulation and support of the presented youth within the limits of Government "Year of youth" program and Law of Republic of Uzbekistan "About National program of professional training", on October, 16th 2008, the National export-import insurance company "Uzbekinvest" and the Tashkent financial institutions have signed the Contract on cooperation and the Joint decision on strengthening of material and technical base at chair of "Insurance business" and improvement of quality of system of improvement of professional skill and professional training in insurance sphere, reported the press-centre of Uzbekinvest.
The established partnership between the parties carries out a selection competitions on nominations "The best final qualifying work" and "The best master thesis" among students studied in a direction of "Insurance business" bachelor degree and to insurance specialities of a magistracy. In the contract also it is specified about creation of the special lecture hall intended for students in the given direction, where lectures will be lead by leading experts from Uzbekinvest Company besides the lecturers of institute.
Along with it, signing of the above-stated documents allows not only to strengthen cooperation of the Company with leading educational institution of the country in insurance sphere, but also represents ample opportunities of reception and updating of a professional knowledge in the field of insurance, perfection of educational process on the basis of practical experience of insurance activity and creation of corresponding conditions for carrying out of undergraduate and research practice of students.
Considering, that insurance, being highly contact sphere, demands high professionalism of the workers, one of the main tasks of Uzbekinvest's HR policy from the beginning of its activity - maintenance of level of professionalism of the personnel, management of training and formation of specialist reserves.
In this connection, company is assured that the given actions, promoting encouragement of the talented youth and increase of their knowledge in insurance activity, will simultaneously allow filling up in the future personnel structure of the company with the qualified experts.
