The Board of Directors took into account the information on the status and the ways of improving Gazprom’s internal audit system.

The Board of Directors approved the work being done by the Gazprom Management Committee aimed at improving the Gazprom internal audit system.

The Gazprom Management Committee was tasked to facilitate the use of internal audit capabilities to supervise the implementation of decisions by the Board of Directors related to high-priority directions and major corporate programs.
