OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2008. Progress M-01M tests in the vaccum chamber had been completed. Preparation of the filling operation was started. Today the experts from the prime contractor`s, Transport Chemical Machine-Building Desing Bureau, Baikonur Federal Space Center are performing prefilling operations with the equipment of the filling station.

Soyuz-U launcher will loft Progress M-01M on Nov. 26, 2008, at 15:38. The vehicle will be launched from Baikonur`s pad 1. The Progress is to deliver about 2.5 t of cargo to the International Space Station.
