On October 27, 2008 Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) released at its website at: http://www.kase.kz/geninfo/normbase/post_269.pdf the text of Rules on state registration of issue of corporate bonds and consideration of reports on results of placement and redemption of bonds, and bond issue annulment (Rules), effective in accordance with resolution No. 125 of the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations of August 22, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The resolution was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan September 15, 2008 under No. 5304 effective October 1, 2008.

The text of the Rules has been reformatted in accordance with the Rules on formatting normative documents adopted by KASE with maximum preservation of the edition.
