OREANDA-NEWS. On October 24, 2008 On the extraordinary shareholders` meeting of the AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” the changes were made to the composition of the Council of AS “Latvijas Krajbanka”, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

New AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” Council shall be elected for three years; the new term shall be effective on October 24th 2008.

The work in the position of the Council member of AS “Latvijas Krajbanka“ will proceed Raimondas Baranauskas, Aleksandrs Antonovs, Olegs Suhorukovs, Naglis Stancikas and a new Council member Maksims Ancipolovskis. Dmitrijs Kocjuba, Zorzas Sarafanovicius and Michael Duncan Chartres were not repeatedly elected in the position of Council member of AS “Latvijas Krajbanka”.
