OREANDA-NEWS  On 28 October was announced, that not provided for by the plan meeting of JSC “TGC-2” Committee of directors was held in SINTEZ group office.

The agenda was the questions about the resign of commissions of JSC “TGC-2” General Director, election of new General Director of JSC “TGC-2”, and also the questions adjusting labor relations with General Director of JSC “TGC-2”.

The decisions about pre-term resign of commissions JSC “TGC-2” General Director Andrei Vagner and Valentine Bragin election on that post was taken during the meeting.

Valentine Bragin – is professional power engineering specialist, he has large experience in the power engineering.

He was a General Director of JSC “Permskaya GRES” (1998-2005), Deputy Director of investments JSC “OGK-1” (2005-2007), was at the head of Technical council of JSC “OGK-1” during the last 10 years. He is an “Honored power engineering specialist of Russian Federation”, also has “State Laureate prize of Russian Federation”.
