OREANDA-NEWS  On 28 October was announced, that in the TMM's office took place the meeting between delegates from Ukrainian Construction Association (UCA) and Horwath HTL (Hotel, Tourism and Leisure) international company, which provides consulting services for recreation and hotel property. At the meeting TMM was represented by Mykola Tolmachov, General Director of the company.

During the meeting delegates discussed the perspectives of recreation and hotel property in Ukraine focusing on development of hotels and spa-hotels and the perspectives of tourism in whole..The issues discussed also included possibilities for international tour operators' participation in Ukraine and development of the concept and effective brand mix for hotel and recreation property, The issues discussed are of high interest for the companies which project portfolio includes recreation real estate projects.

'Health factory' balneological resort is one of the TMM's perspective recreation real estate projects. The balneological resort with the total area of 500 thousand square meters is located at Arabatska Strilka, Kherson region. The project of the 'Health factory' envisages the construction of year-round health resort complex with balneological component. Medical brome iodine holes will be bored at the territory of the complex. According to the complex's concept recreation and cultural centre, apartments' complex, hotels, town houses, full infrastructure of prevention and treatment facilities will be located at the developing land plot.

As a public organization Ukrainian Construction Association holds meetings with the leading consulting and developing companies on a regular basis. During these meetings expert review of real estate segments, which are of interest to Association's members, is carried out.
