OREANDA-NEWS  On 28 October was announced, that TMM increased the volume of the estimate performance for all company's current real estate objects by 35% in monetary terms from January, 1 till September, 30, 2008 in comparison with the same period in 2007. In terms of money the volume of the estimate performance amounted to USD 410,523 million. From January, 1 till September, 30, 2007 in comparison with the same period of 2006 the volume of the estimate performance for TMM's current real estate objects increased by 17%.

'Triumph' premium-class residential complex (Kyiv) with the total area of 68 thousand square meters, which had been under construction in the above mentioned period , was put into operation in June, 2008. Currently real estate projects' portfolio of TMM Company includes 11 objects under construction with the total area of more than 400 thousand square meters. At present among TMM's largest current projects are the following - 'Sonyachna brama' residential-office complex in Kyiv (the total area amounts to 234 thousand sq. m), 'Aviator' residential complex in Kyiv (the total area amounts to 27 thousand sq. m), 'Green Town' residential complex (the total area amounts to 27 thousand sq. m).
