Rafal Juszczak Approved as FUIB Board Chairman
OREANDA-NEWS. On October 27, 2008 The Committee of the National Bank of Ukraine on Banking Regulation and Supervision approved Rafal Juszczak as Board Chairman of FUIB (First Ukrainian International Bank), reported the press-centre of SCM Group.
Mr Juszczak is expected to form the policy of relations with shareholders of the bank as well as governmental and regulatory agencies; realize the general development and operation strategy of the bank; and take part in building bank's accounting and tax policies.
Rafal Juszczak was born on 7 September, 1969. He graduated from the University of Gdansk (Poland) in 1994 with a Master’s in history and completed studies the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Rouen (France) with a Master's degree in banking and finance.
The new chairman of FUIB has over 12 years of record in management positions at different banking institutions of Poland. His previous post was the CEO at PKO Bank Polski SA.
