OREANDA-NEWS. IX International Moscow Banking Forum “Recent Monetary-Credit Policy and the Banks of Russia” will be held on November 24, 2008 in Marriott Grand Hotel (26, Tverskaya st., Moscow). The forum is organized by Association of Russian Banks. The Russian Bank for Development will be the general partner of the event, reported the press-centre of RBD.

Pressing problems of the monetary and credit policy of Russia and its impact on the social and economic development of the country which is now involved in the international financial crisis shall be discussed at the forum.

Within the framework of the forum RBD will hold a specialized session “New trends in SME lending support. The RBD’s Program”, which will be focused on lending support to small and mid-sized enterprises.

It is anticipated that representatives from the Administration of the RF President, the RF Government, the Bank of Russia, the State Duma, Association of Russian banks, representatives of major federal and regional banks and NGOs and scientific organizations will participate in the forum.
