OREANDA-NEWS  On 27 October was announced, that Olga Iliukhina was appointed Marketing Director of “Allianz Ukraine”. The main task given by the management to Mrs. Iliukhina is increase of the level of awareness of Allianz brand, business development using marketing tools, as well as customer service quality improvement.

Оlga Iliukhina was born in 1980 in Truskavets (Lviv Region). In 2001, she graduated from the Marketing Department of Kyiv National University of Economy having obtained Masters Degree in Marketing Management. At present, Olga is a postgraduate student of Kyiv National University of Economy named after Hetman.

Оlga has been working for “Allianz Ukraine” Ins.Co, since the company was founded. She was employed as the Head of the Marketing Department in 2005, upon changes in the organization structure, from 2007 until May 2008 Mrs. Iliukhina held a position of the Head of Brand Communications and PR Department, upon May 2008 she had been the company’s acting Marketing Director. Before being employed by “Allianz Ukraine” Ins.Co. Olga Iliukhina had worked for “PZU Ukraine” Ins.Co. on the position of Deputy Marketing, promotion and PR Director.

Making comments on the appointment, Joachim Wessling, CEO of “Allianz Ukraine” explained: “Appointment of Olga Iliukhina to the position of Marketing Director was a natural step. During her work in the company she has proved her high professional skills, ability to settle the given tasks qualitatively and within the established term. As a chief, Olga approved herself a leader able to consolidate and steer the team. With Olga’s appointment I can be sure that the name of Allianz in Ukraine is in the hands of a professional”.
