OREANDA-NEWS  On 27 October was announced, that XXI Century Company put into operation Parus, residential complex of business class in Kyiv. The house is situated on 18a, Melnikova str.

The total area of residential complex is 43 152 sq m, consisting of 202 apartments situated on 23 floors. The apartment area is from 50 up to 260 sq m.
