Transaero Airlines Upgrades European Schedule and Reduces Fares
OREANDA-NEWS On 27 October was announced, that Transaero Airlines expands its presence in Europe by upgrading its flight schedule and making airfare more competitive.
Starting from October 26, 2008, Transaero serves two daily flights on Moscow – London route. The service between the Russian and British capitals will be operated according to the following schedule:
Flight UN 333/444 departs from Moscow Domodedovo airport daily at 10:05 a.m. and arrives in London Heathrow airport at 11:15 a.m. (local time). The same jetliner departs from London at 12:25 p.m. and arrives in Moscow at 7:30 p.m. (local time).
Flight UN 353/354 departs from Moscow Domodedovo airport daily at 3 p.m. and arrives in London Heathrow airport at 4.10 p.m. (local time). The return flight is scheduled to depart from London at 6:30 p.m., arriving in Moscow at 1:35 a.m. next day (local time).
The new schedule gives Transaero’s passengers the advantage of more flexibility in organizing their travel agenda. The additional flights have good connections with Transaero’s services from Moscow to destinations across Russia and the CIS making transfers easier with Transaero. The new schedule also gives the opportunity for business travelers to spend a working day in London and come back to Moscow with Transaero’s evening flight, saving time and cutting hotel expenses from passenger’s travel budget.
The airline provides passengers with another good reason to choose Moscow – London flights with Transaero – from October 20, 2008, new low fares start at just GBP 120 or EUR 149 (excluding taxes and fees).
Same low fares are available on flights to other popular European destinations as well. Fares for round trip from Moscow to Berlin, Vienna, Luxemburg and Frankfurt also start at EUR 149 (excluding taxes and fees).
