Nordea Warns Customers about Scam Letters
OREANDA-NEWS. October 23, 2008. Nordea Bank has received reports of a letter circulating by e-mail in which Nordea customers are requested to disclose their personal data. This is an attempt to defraud recipients, and the e-mails should be deleted and not replied to, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.
We ask customers to remember that Nordea will never request user codes, passwords, credit card numbers or other confidential information via e-mail. If you need to enter personal information in order to conduct transactions, such requests will always take place via secure systems, such as the Internet bank, after ordinary login.
