OREANDA-NEWS. On October 23, 2008 The Government has endorsed an elaborated by the Ministry of Regional Development and Building Concept of the National Social and Economic Program of Accommodation for 2009-2016. A respective order was backed by the top officials at today’s sitting.

The Concept envisages forming of common principles of providing citizens with accommodation, gradual termination of practice of free accommodation and transition to the state support of providing population with dwelling by means of joint participation of citizens and the state in financing of the construction works (purchase of accommodation) and creating conditions for building of such accommodation under the state control, without additional loads.

Furthermore, the Concept foresees that while elaborating a respective Program thorough analysis of providing all categories of population which have a right to obtain accommodation at the account of the budget money will be carried out with an aim to apply common approaches to solving of the dwelling problem.
