OREANDA-NEWS. October 24, 2008. Vnesheconombank signed an Agreement with OJSC Bank VTB and OJSC Rosselkhozbank on extending subordinated credits worth 200 and 25 billion rubles, respectively. The credits are extended subject to Federal Law dated October 13, 2008, N 173-FZ “On Additional Measures for Supporting the Financial System of the Russian Federation.” The credits were extended on October 23, 2008 for a period of up to 2019 at a rate of 8% per annum. Under the Agreement OJSC Bank VTB received the first tranche of the credit worth 100 billion rubles, the second tranche of the credit is to be extended to the bank until the 2008 year end. OJSC Rosselkhozbank received a credit in full.
