OREANDA-NEWS. October 24, 2008. Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak” of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the tender organizer, is carrying out an open tender No. 2008/1 for the supply in 2009 of binding material designated for production of blanks of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation within the territory of the Russian Federation in the quantity of 5 200 000 sheets (260 000 m2), and blanks of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving the identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation in the quantity of 3 200 000 sheets (180 000 m2).

We invite organizations with experience in this field and meeting the requirements to the authorization and qualification of suppliers stated in “The Instruction to the Tender Participants”.  You can receive a complete set of the tender documentation till November 16, 2008 in Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak”: 115162 Moscow, Mytnaya Str., 17, telephone: 786-7367, fax: 954-8422. To receive the tender documentation, the supplier should write a letter to the organizer’s address, stated in the notice, with a request to receive a set of the tender documentation. Resellers should name the company-manufacturer of the products they intend to offer in their request. Besides, a potential participant should provide an annotation of his company, a confirmation that his company is able to produce binding material in the quantity of not less than 1 000 000 sheets (50 000 m2) per month and a letter of authorization for the receipt of the tender documentation.
The tender requests should be delivered by an authorized representative of the supplier - tender participant to Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak” to the above-stated address till 9:30 a.m. (Moscow time), November 21, 2008. Requests received later will not be considered.

Opening of envelopes with tender requests will take place at 10:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on November 21,
2008 at the address: 115162 Moscow, Mytnaya Str., 17. The office hours of Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Goznak” are: Monday – Thursday from 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m., Friday from 9:00 a.m. till 4:45 p.m., Lunch break: from 12:30 a.m. till 1:15 p.m.
