OREANDA-NEWS. October 24, 2008. Roscartographia announced a tender for developing open digital navigation maps under the Global Navigation System Federal Special Program. The maps shall be based upon the renewed state topographic maps produced by the Panorama programmic system.
These maps (scale 1:25 000 and/or 1:50 000) are intended for ground transport. The work shall be done in 2009-2011.
