OREANDA-NEWS. October 23, 2008. The Government has endorsed the Provisions “On purchase of goods, works and services at the expense of public funds”. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko told a press conference.

According to her, “this is practically return to the transparent tender procedures for all purchases after the Constitutional Court has abolished such decision”.

The PM added that while endorsing new Provisions the Government had taken into consideration proposals of all branches of power, in particular, of the Constitutional Court. Yulia Tymoshenko assured that new Provisions on tender purchases would make use of public funds “for unfair purchases” impossible.
