OREANDA-NEWS. October 23, 2008. The Moscow Arbitration Court validated an amicable settlement between the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) and "Airhotel Domodedovo" CJSC, confirming legitimacy and justness of the FAS Russia's decision and determination of 28th March 2008 regarding the company, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

From 18th October 2008 the fee for car parking was reduced from 150 to 100 Rubles per hour of parking in the area in front of "Domodedovo" airport. The first 15 minutes of parking as well as 15 minutes after the fee is paid remain free.

In accordance with the amicable settlement validated by the Court, the FAS Russia's decision and determination regarding "Airhotel Domodedovo" CJSC come into force upon introducing relevant amendments to Clause 2.1 of the FAS Russia's Determination of 28th March 2008.

Taking into account technical limits, and consulting with the International Consumer Confederation, FAS Russia agreed with "Airhotel Domodedovo" CJSC to use 30 minutes rounding interval - the parking fee for every complete or incomplete 30 minutes will be 50 Rubles.
