OREANDA-NEWS  On 23 October was announced, that Georgy Makarov appointed to the position of OJSC Far East Telecom Advisor General Director.

Previously Georgy Makarov took the office of OJSC Far East Telecom Khabarovsk Branch Director.

Dmitry Temchenko who previously held the office of Khabarovsk Branch Deputy Director for Economy and Finance is now appointed Acting Director for Khabarovsk Branch.

Georgy Ivanovich Makarov was born on May 26th 1967 in Ulyanovsk. In 1988 he graduated from Ulyanovsk Higher Military Command School of Communications, qualified as multichannel communications engineer. In 1996 he graduated from Saint-Petersburg Communications Academy, qualified as management specialist.

From 2000 to 2003 Georgy Makarov took the office of Union-Trade Co., Ltd. General Director. From 2003 to 2006 he made the career of OJSC Far East Telecom Primorsky Branch Deputy Director for Commerce and then Deputy Director for Business Development. From May 2006 to October 2008 Georgy Makarov took the position of OJSC Far East Telecom Deputy General Director – Khabarovsk Branch Director.

Dmitry Viktorovich Temchenko was born on October 4th 1976 in Khabarovsk. In 1998 he graduated from Far Eastern State University of Transport Routes with major in Bookkeeping and Audit. In 2002 received Candidate of Economy degree.

From 2003 to 2005 he managed Branch Economy Office sector in the Regional Department of Economy Analysis and Advanced Development and worked as a consultant for Branch Economy Department of Branch Economy Administration with Khabarovsky Region Ministry Economy Development and External Relations. From September 2005 to October 2008 Dmitry Temchenko was promoted from chief economist of Budgeting Service to Deputy Director for Economy and Finance in OJSC Far East Telecom Khabarovsk Branch.
