OREANDA-NEWS  On 23 October was announced, that VII all-Russian forum of leaders of strategical planning ‘Strategical planning in regions and Russian cities’ took place in exhibition complex LENEXPO (St. Petersburg) on October 20 - 21, 2008.

The forum annually collects more 1000 participants - towns' representatives, municipalities and regions Russian Federations, as well as representatives of many countries and with the support of State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Ministries of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, Government St. Petersburg is being held.
