OREANDA-NEWS  On 23 October was announced, that TMM is continuing to carry out the social programs in science and education. Within the program TMM contributes in the housing problem solution faced by faculty, employees, and students of the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, for whom TMM sets special prices for acquisition of the property in "Sonyachna Brama", the business class residential-office complex. National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv acts as the employer of the project. At present according to the general contractor investment contract with the National Taras  Shevchenko University of Kyiv TMM Company using own facilities and forces implements the construction of "Sonyachna Brama", residential-office complex  (Lomonosova street, 73-79, Kyiv) with the total area of 234 thousand sq. m.

Besides the offered social program which is the TMM's initiative, in accordance with the contract's terms, the company passes part of "Sonyachna Brama" complex's property mentioned in the agreement to the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv. That will allow to supply University's employees with apartments. Previously within the company's initiative TMM has accomplished the integrated reconstruction of the University sport complex. Today TMM has a variety of other social suggestions.

The program initiated by TMM Company will give new possibilities for the improvement of living conditions of Ukrainian scientists as well as will contribute to the intellectual environment's formation in "Sonyachna Brama", residential complex.

Currently TMM has a successful experience in solution of noncommercial structures employees' housing problem such as National Aerospace N.E.Zhukovskiy University 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' employees'.
