OREANDA-NEWS  On 23 October was announced, that NASK "Оranta" received a confirmation of the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market (SCSSM) concerning registration of new issue of the company's shares. We would remind you that in summer the "Оranta" declared about resolution of its shareholders to increase the authorized fund of the insurance company from UAH 95,367 mln. up to UAH 175,032 mln.

On the 18th of July the extraordinary shareholders' meeting was held, it approved the results of private placement of the company's shares after the additional issue. Now, according to the certificate issued by SCSSM the quantity of shares in the authorised fund of the NASK "Оranta" is 29 million 920 thousand items with nominal value of UAH 5,85 each. NASK "Оranta" confirms and guarantees hereby fulfillment of its obligations under the concluded insurance contracts.

The NASK "Оranta" fulfills the tasks concerning insurance proceeds, which were assigned by the Company's shareholders. According to the on-line data of the Financial and Economic Department of the Company, as on the 8th of September 2008 the total volume of the NASK "Oranta"'s insurance premiums amounts to UAH 644,6 mln from the beginning of the year. Increase in premiums as compared to the similar period in 2007 — UAH 246,5 mln. Volume of insurance payments increased up to UAH 236,3 mln. from the beginning of the year, level of payments — 36,7%.
