Mixed-Use Complex to Be Put Up within Izolyator Plant Space
OREANDA-NEWS On 23 October was announced, that a mixed-use office complex is to be developed within the reorganization of the area owned by Izolyator plant located on 72 Leningradsky Avenue in Moscow.
The City Hall’s relevant decree was signed by Moscow City Mayor Yuri Luzhkov on October 14.
According to the decree, the decision was made in connection with the end of the relocation of the plant capacities of CJSC Moscow Plant Izolyator named after A. Barkov.
The total area of the plot allocated for the development is 2.3 ha. The area of the object is 95,500 sq m, including 70,500 sq m of the structure above ground level.
LLC Ofis-Tsentr [Office Centre] has been assigned to act as an investor for designing and developing the object.
