OREANDA-NEWS  On 23 October was announced, that the city authorities are to hold an auction aimed at selecting an investor for the construction of a high-rise complex on Gorbunova Street within the program New Ring of Moscow.

The total area of the object will be 34,600 sq m. The complex will comprise a 250-room hotel and a car park for 366 vehicles.

It will be necessary to confiscate a plot on 11 Gorbunova Street to build an access road to the high-rise complex to be developed.

Two garage complexes, each with the capacity of not less than 500 vehicles, will be built on the same street at the expense of the city budget [of Moscow].
