OREANDA-NEWS. On October 20, 2008 President Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No 569 “On Introducing Additions to Decree No 57 of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 28 January 2006”, reported the Official website http://president.gov.by.

In accordance with the document, the Council of Ministers is authorised to take decisions related to the introduction of the permit-based procedure of re-export by CIS member states of certain types of goods originating in the Republic of Belarus.

The introduction of the permit-based re-export procedure will help prevent the possibility of exportation of goods essential to the Belarusian economy through CIS member states to the third countries with which Belarus has established a free trade regime.
