OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2008. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate has concluded a property insurance contract with Nekrasovsky Shopping Centre for 42,984,553 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The contract contemplates insurance coverage of eight shopping centre buildings, including internal furnishing. Among the insured objects are warehouses, administrative building, control room, and cafe house.

The insurance contract provides coverage against the following risks: fire, lightning stroke, explosion, aircraft impact, damage by water from water supply systems; unlawful third-party actions aimed at damaging the insured property; breakage of glass, mirrors and showcases. The contract has been concluded for one year and can be extended.

The Nekrasovsky Shopping Centre is one of the largest wholesale and retail trade enterprises of Kurgan and the Kurgan Region. It renders comprehensive range of services related to supply of foodstuffs and manufactured goods to the trade enterprises of Kurgan Region.
