Vladimir Matveichuk to Head ROSNO Personnel Management Department
OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2008. Pursuant to the CEO order, ROSNO’s Personnel Management Department will be headed by Mr. Vladimir Matveichuk, who will be in charge for implementation of the company’s staffing policy, being subordinated to the Deputy CEO and Personnel Director Ms. Irina Pronina, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.
Mr. Vladimir Matveichuk was born on October 31’ 1974 in Tyumen. In 1996, he graduated from the Tyumen State University of Arts and Culture, majoring in management. In 2002, he completed professional development training courses in the Russian Academy of Public Service by the RF President under the program "Legal, Documentary and Psychological Support of Personnel Management". In 2006, he received additional training under the programs "Personnel Motivation" and "Introduction into ISO 9001", and in 2007 under the program "Support of Implementation of the Result-Based Management System" (Deloitte & Touche).
Mr. Vladimir Matveichuk began his professional career in personnel management in 2004, heading the personnel management division of OJSC Siberian Research and Analysis Centre. Prior to 2004, he worked at the executive positions in the education sector and in the Administration of the city of Tyumen and the Tyumen Regional Government. In 2004 to 2006, he held the position of deputy head of the personnel management department — head of the personnel development division in OJSC Aviakompania UTair. Since April 2007, he worked as personnel director in Firma Transgarant Ltd., and director of the staffing policy department in the Transport Group FESCO (Moscow).
In ROSNO, Mr. Vladimir Matveichuk will be in charge for selection, recruitment, promotion and transfer of employees; motivation and management of employee performance, staffing administration and reporting.
Previously, the functions of ROSNO’s head of Personnel Management Department were performed by Mr. Valery Smetanin, who will continue working as the Deputy Director of the Department.
