OREANDA-NEWS  On 22 October Valenta (former Otechestvennye Lekarstva) announced selling a 100% share of Kraspharma’s stock.

Kraspharma JSC (former Krasnoyarsk Plant of Medicinal Preparations) was established in 1959; presently, it is one of Russia’s largest chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers. There are four major manufacturing segments in this plant, viz. manufacture of penicillins (since 1959), streptomycin (1960), dextran blood substitutes (1966), and infusion solutions (1969). 97% of Kraspharma’s products are distributed in Russia and CIS countries.
