On October 17, 2008 JSC “Polymetal” (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) (“Polymetal” or the “Company”) has received a notification that the holding of Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas decreased to 47,232,620 ordinary shares of Polymetal which represents 14.99% of the total share capital of the Company, reported the press-centre of Polymetal.

Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas is a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, London, and is acting as a depositary bank for the Global Depositary Receipt (GDR) program of Polymetal.
