OREANDA-NEWS. On October 17, 2008 AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” informed about the changes in the Council composition of AAS “Baltikums Dziviba”, reg. no. 40003053851, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

New AAS “Baltikums Dziviba” Council shall be elected for three years in the following composition: chairman of the Council Ivars Prieditis, first deputy chairman of the Council Dzintars Pelcbergs, Council member Martins Zalans, and Council member Andrejs Surmacs.

As it was informed, on September 4th 2008 AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” became the holder of 2 511 895 (two million five hundred eleven thousand eight hundred ninety-five) or 99.79% ordinary registered shares of AAS “BALTIKUMS DZIVIBA”. With the acquisition of the insurance company AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” has ensured its clients a possibility to create different types of accumulations throughout life cycle – starting with child’s life insurance and children deposit, and up to pension payment.
