OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2008. The Government considered a number of issues on energy saving at its sitting today. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko told a press conference summing up the CMU sitting.

According to Yulia Tymoshenko, top priority measures on energy saving will concern all budget institutions of the country. In accordance with the Government’s Order, the budget institutions are recommended to use LED light bulbs for lighting up their premises which reduce electricity consumption by 30%.

The Head of Government noted that due to the measures on energy saving all spheres without exception can reduce electricity consumption resulting in positive consequences for the country.
