OREANDA-NEWS.  On 21 October was announced, that the Eighth Appeal Court of Arbitration confirmed the right of Sibirtelecom, OJSC. It remained the decision of the Court of Arbitration of Omsk Region in force. The court decided in favour of the communications statement and reversed the prescription of Administration of Russian communication protection culture in Omsk Region on the withdrawal of automatic payment system (APS) ‘Start’ out of operation. Sibirtelecom, OJSC uses router Cisco and APS ‘Start’ for registration of Internet-traffic volumes from 2005. The company provides clarity of business processes on the registration of the traffic with the help of this automatic complex.

According to the decision of the Court, Sibirtelecom can use APS ‘Start’ in its networks for registering Internet traffic later on.
