Kazakhstan Kagazy (Almaty Region), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter on conclusion of deals in which the company has the interest, namely, agreements on selling to its subsidiary Kagazy Recycling of the following property under the pledge in European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- the land lot with the total area of 4.15 hectare with located on it administrative and production complex of the paper mill;

- the equipment - papermaking machine # 2.
