OREANDA-NEWS  On 20 October was announced, that with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the corporate management MMK Group took the decision to improve the organizational structure.

Rafkat Takhautdinov has been appointed the First Vice-President of OOO MMK Managing Company for Strategic Development and Metallurgy, Gennadiy Senichev has been appointed Vice – President for Modernization and Downstream Production, Sergei Krivoschekov – Vice-President for Raw Materials, Commerce and Property Management. Two new Vice-Presidents have been appointed: Alexander Mastruev has become Vice-President for Personnel and Social Programmes, Vladimir Shmakov has been appointed Vice-President for Sales .Oleg Fedonin, former Director for Corporate Strategy and Marketing, has been appointed Vice-President for Finance and Economics, the position  previously occupied by Mr. Shmakov.
