OREANDA-NEWS. On October 16, 2008 Tsesnabank (Astana), shares and bonds of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from the share register as on October 1, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The registrar of the bank is Registrar Securities System (Almaty).

According to the bank the total of authorized common stock KZ1C33820016 of Tsesnabank made up 27,500,000 items, 2,500,000 preferred shares KZ1P33820914, of which 13,500,000 common shares and all preferred shares were offered.

According to the extract as on the indicated date 12,482,052 common shares of Tsesnabank (78.01 % of the total of outstanding shares) were held by Tsesna Corporation (Astana). No other holder owned five or more percent of the outstanding shares as on the indicated date.
