OREANDA-NEWS. October 17, 2008. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate and the Humanitarian University has concluded a number of property insurance contracts for the total insurance amount of 38,879 thousand roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The concluded contracts provide insurance coverage of the two-storey university buildings (including internal and external furnishings) located on Surikova and Zheleznodorozhnikov streets, as well all office machinery, audio, TV, and video appliances therein.

The insurance contracts provide property protection against the following risks: fire, lightning stroke, explosion, aircraft impact, storm and hail, other natural disasters; damage by water from water supply systems; burglary, robbery, brigandage, illegal third-party actions; and collision with transport vehicles. The contracts have been concluded for one year and can be extended.

The Humanitarian University was founded in Yekaterinburg in 1990. The university’s 10 faculties provide education in 17 humanitarian specializations.
