OREANDA-NEWS. October 17, 2008. A working meeting between Anatoly Nikolaevich Perminov, Roscosmos Administrator, and Jean-Jacques Dordain, Director General, European Space Agency (ESA), was held in Moscow today.

Mr. Dordain provided information about the main subjects to be reviewed during the upcoming ESA Council meeting at ministerial level on Nov. 25. He especially marked the solutions which intend implementation of joint European-Russian programs.

The leaders of the space agencies reviewed the issues regarding collaboration between Russia and ESA under "Soyuz in Guiana Space Center" program; cooperation in the framework of the Russian Phobos-Grunt project and the European Exomars research mission; as well as some aspects concerning evolution of the ISS transportation systems.
