OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 October was announced, that ACI EUROPE (the European division of Airports Council International) summarized performance results of the European airports for August 2008. According to the Council’s report covering 108 European airports, Moscow’ Domodedovo International Airport continues to lead within Group 2 (10-25 million passengers per annum) in terms of growth dynamics.

Domodedovo is ranked as the most dynamically growing airport of the second group – its growth rate increased by 9.0% in August 2008 as compared to the analogous indicator of 2007. Geneva International Airport is ranked second showing a 7.5% growth rate increase. The Zurich airport is ranked third (7.4%).
