OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 October was announced, that the city authorities of Moscow are to move the residents of neighbourhood 26 in Yuzhnoe Chertanovo from the dilapidated houses to the new ones within the complex reconstruction of the area scheduled to be completed in 2010.

The prefecture of the southern administrative district of Moscow jointly with the Department of Housing Policy of Moscow is to move the citizens from the residential buildings to demolish.

Besides, the officials are to pay compensation to the owners of the nonresidential premises set to be pulled down as they are located in the area allocated for developing new housing in neighbourhood 26, the residents of the houses to demolish will get the flats in this area.

2 dwelling houses are to be commissioned in 2009, one more will be built in 2010.
