On October 14, 2008 Finance company REAL-INVEST.kz (Almaty) was deprived of the KASE market maker status on common stock KZ1C07780014 (ROSA) of ROSA (Pavlodar), tradable in the KASE official list of the third category beginning October 13, 2008 by the decision of the Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The decision was made in accordance with sub-item 2) of item 21 of the KASE internal document "Rules on Market Maker Activity" due to Finance company REAL-INVEST.kz failing to maintain mandatory quotations on the indicated securities October 10, 2008.
