OREANDA-NEWS. On October 14, 2008 Corporation Ordabasy (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list provided to KASE the copy of changes and additions into the company's shares issue prospectus, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) on July 3, 2008 and made due to the increase of the company's announced shares number and changes in the composition of Board of Directors and the company's Board, and added into the shares issue prospectus method of shares valuation at their re-purchasing by Corporation Ordabasy.
