OREANDA-NEWS. October 16, 2008. For the purpose of implementing plans for sale of retail insurance policies and further improving customer service quality, the Irkutsk-ROSNO branch has opened a new sales office, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The opening ceremony dedicated to the branch's 10-year anniversary, was attended by Mr. Hannes Chopra, CEO of ROSNO and head of the group of companies Allianz Eurasia, Ms, Olga Stepennova, Member of the Board of ROSNO, as well as the company's clients and employees.

The new office is located at the following address: 40 Gagarina Boulevard, in the same building with the previous office, but on the first floor. The total office area is 242 sq. m., whereas the client zone is 42 sq. m. It is equipped with cash desk and workplaces for consultants, as well as the comfortable client waiting area. The new office can be easily found, as it has got its own entrance from the street.

In the office, the clients can obtain the entire range of services offered by ROSNO Group: issuance of insurance policies for road vehicles (MOD, OMTPL), real estate (apartments, cottages, dachas, etc.), tenant’s liability, travellers’ insurance, accident and sickness insurance, life insurance (including pension insurance, life insurance with children as beneficiaries, accumulative life insurance), etc., and amendment of the existing insurance contracts. Due to the branch’s anniversary, clients are offered special property insurance terms.

According to Mr. Sergey Chipizubov, director of Irkutsk-ROSNO branch, opening of the new customer service office is, above all, a step towards further improvement of ROSNO’s performance quality in Irkutsk. "For us, it is very important to provide our potential clients maximum convenient service conditions, and we never miss an opportunity to further improve the quality of our service", said Mr. Sergey Chipizubov.

The insurance company ROSNO started operation in Irkutsk Region on September 07’ 1998. Since 2003, this region hosted the head office of ROSNO’s Eastern Siberian Directorate, comprising nine branches. As of the end of 2007, the branch held the 5th position in Irkutsk Region in terms of premium collected. In May 2008, due to the restructuring of ROSNO’s regional directorates, the Middle Siberian and the Eastern Siberian Directorates were unified, and the Irkutsk-ROSNO branch assumed administration of the branches in Khakasia, Krasnoyarsk, Chita, and Buryatia.
