OREANDA-NEWS. October 16, 2008. UzPSB announced about 11th issue of 32 700 000 common shares of the bank at the total volume of 65,4 bln. soums. It was informed before, that 10th issue of the bank was canceled by regulating body on September 29, 2008.

New issue will be placed among following potential shareholders: 35.0 bln.  soums (53.5%) direct contract with the Ministry of Fiance, 26.0 bln. soums (39.8%) direct contract with the Reconstruction and Development fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan and 4.4 bln. soums (6.7%) of shares will be placed among other investors in the stock exchange.

We remind that according to the audited financial statements of the bank net income in 2007 was 18.05 bln. soums. Total assets of the bank for the end of the 2 quarter was 1 113.2 bln. soums and total equity was 93.15 bln. soums.

In case of totall placement of 11 th issue the charter capital of the bank will be 100.0 bln. soums.
