A decision to increase the number of members of AK BARS Bank Board of Directors up to 12 people was made there.

Sorokin Valery Yurievitch — the representative of the minoritary shareholder "Svyazinvestneftekhim" open was included in the Board along with the members of the Board of Directors elected at the Annual meeting of shareholders of the Bank on June 18, 2008.
