OREANDA-NEWS. October 15, 2008. In Jan-Sept 2008 the nuclear power plants of Russia generated 120.663bln KWh – 104.7% of the index of Jan-Sept 2007 and 102.1% of the plan for Jan-Sept 2008.

The NPPs with WWER reactors produced 63.665bln KWh or 106.2% of the index of Jan-Sept 2007.

The NPPs with RBMK, BN and EGP reactors produced 56.997bln KWh (103% of Jan-Sept 2007).

The capacity factor was 79% — 3.3% more than a year before.
