URALSIB & Energy Consulting Held Inter-Bank Round-Table Discussion
OREANDA-NEWS. October 14, 2008. Energy Consulting & Financial Corporation URALSIB held together a round-table discussion “Efficient HR solutions in banks. Corporate University: business to business”, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting.
Participants of this round-table discussion were representatives of such companies as OJSC "MDM-Bank", OJSC "Svyaz-Bank", CJSC "Citibank", "Home Credit and Finance Bank", National Bank “Trust”, Absolute Bank and some other banks, Insurance Open Joint Stock Company "Rosgosstrakh". Moscow Banking Institute became a special guest of this event.
Within the frame of this round-table discussion the participants announced the Corporate Universities’ objectives relating to the efficient meeting the demands on qualified staff for banking divisions and discussed horizons for development of corporate training.
Heads of HR-services and Corporate Universities, top-managers from banking divisions were among the participants. Natalia Legonkova, Vice-Principal of the Moscow Banking Institute expressed her views on the horizons of the relationships between higher educational establishments and different banks. On the morrow of reports the exchange of views took place. Participants of the round-table discussion exchanged their experience in management and staff training fields.
"Corporate University is a key figure for URALSIB, - remarked Maria Afonina, Head of the HR Administration of URALSIB-BANK. – Successful companies should invest into staff training. We can define priorities in dependence on the market conditions but we shall always support ideas and certain business requirements to training and staff development".
"In the context of present-day conditions the main mission of HR management is to have control over quick changes in businesses predetermined by quick market changes, - emphasized Marina Malykhina, Senior Deputy Chief Executive in charge of the Corporate Management of Energy Consulting group. – Present situation is not just restriction of opportunities. It should be considered as certain challenge to the development of new ideas, unconventional solutions, including ones in field of cost optimization".
As a result of this event the parties have come to the agreement to continue workshops "Efficient HR solutions in banks" and to share their best practices in different aspects of Corporate Universities.
